How often do you bill?

Our mowing service is billed at the end of each month. All other services are billed upon completion.

How do you accept payment?

You can pay by check or we can email you a link so you can pay online with a credit card.

How long is the mowing season?

We mow from the first week of May through the last week of October. We perform spring cleanups starting in April and fall cleanups starting in November.

Do I have to be home when you come?

No, you do not have to be home.

Do you come on the same day every week?

We try. The day may vary slightly based on weather and other variables.

What services do you offer?

We offer spring and fall cleanups, weekly mowing, mulch installation, plantings and small hardscape projects.

Do you cut during a draught?

We will skip a mowing if we don’t think the lawn needs it. We charge per cut so you will not be charged for any week when the lawn isn’t mowed.

Do I have to sign up for a full service program?

No. Choose only the services you want.

How often do you bill?

Typically, we bill within 72 hours after the storm. If there are multiple storms in a short period of time, we may wait for the weather to settle to send invoices.

How do you accept payment?

You can send us a check, or we can send you a link, so you can pay online with a credit card.

Do I sign a contract?

Yes. We have contracts that detail the scope of work, price and payment terms.

Do you install plow stakes?

Yes, we install driveway markers prior to the season beginning.

Can I skip a storm?

No. To maintain a consistent schedule all residential properties under contract will be serviced every storm reaching two or more inches.

What areas of my property will get serviced?

We service driveways, steps, walkways and sidewalks.

What type of properties do you service?

We service single and multifamily homes, HOAs, condos and small local businesses.

Will you service back decks, patios, etc.?

Yes, these areas can be included in the contract. To ensure all entrances and exits are cleared in a timely manner, all nonessential areas are cleared of snow within 48 hours of the storm ending.

Will you apply salt?

Yes, salt can be added to any contract.
